"YOU NEED TO REPLACE A RUDE SUPERVISOR NAMED KAREN AT YOUR MILITARY TRAIL LOCATION. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE PALM BEACH COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND TO MY LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE. FAILED TO GIVE LAST NAME, INITIAL OF LAST NAME, OR BADGE NUMBER. I am disabled and son of a USAF Veteran, lived in PBC for almost 40 years. Already had a reservation, came sent to BBPD ,who then referred me to SOUTH COUNTY COURT HOUSE to rectify a stop on my reservation. I was told my law enforcement to get the issue corrected immediately and the stop was removed; however, this Karen refused to assist me or send me to her Supervisor Danielle, again no last name. I didn't curse this woman, nor was I rude to her in the way she was trying to assist me unless it was the Christians shirt for Christmas that I was wearing. I was told to come back in a month which is totally unacceptable and never told to get another reservation. All I was told that I would need is to get the stop off so my reservation could be processed. I also have a cracked broken disability placard with a date to August 2024 which she refused to replace. You need to help Senior Citizens and the disabled much better than the way I was talked down to today saying that I just can't walk in when others were walking in get numbers. This is a disgrace and will be reported to Anne Gannon and her supervisor/superiors."

"Government office doing excellent service for. the public ! I have utilized this location since it opened. The modern facility is well planned layout to handle the job...and very clean and well maintained ...waiting times are minimal due to superior scheduling for those with appointments....and walk-ins are quickly served. A clearly audible PA system guides with clear instructions and alerts. Parking is easy and has been adequate spaces open on all my visits. The staff Polite and Helpful. Thank you !"
