"Listen Ricardo I am not the one to be SCAMMED! Trust me when I tell you! Your dodging my calls, my texts and your not responding back! This what I wrote you yesterday and yet no response >Hi! I wish I was contacting you on better terms. However, I am not. I received a determination from the IRS on what is owed to them. In all honesty you should be the one held responsible NOT ME! I entrusted you with my taxes and YOU got me into this mess! I never once asked you to put anything on my taxes that shouldn't have been on there! You took it apon yourself to screw me over and yet charge me $500 to do my simple tax. ( 1 job, two kids, head of household and my insurance). Meanwhile, I have been handling this mess with the IRS ALL BY MYSELF eventhough you charged me $500. I wanted to personally thank you for getting me in this situation and screwing me over! You should be held responsible of your actions and pay $4,428.38 to rectify what you did to me! *If you were a real man let alone a business man you would have the decency to return my calls. Plus on previous taxes I seen that you use two different PTIN numbers! So which one is correct?? More importantly by LAW if YOU as a tax preparer do someones taxes you Must include your information and signature failure to do so will result in FRAUD ACTION which you have committed a lot of! CALL ME! Stay CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!"

"BEWARE!! DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY!!! If I could put -10, I would. He is a SCAM ARTIST and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. He stole $300 from two of my kids (each) to file a simple return, telling them it was to "expedite" receipt of their refund. Well he NEVER filed their returns and he certainly is not offering to correct his "mistake" or refund them their money. HE TOTALLY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF TWO YOUNG KIDS AND ITVSEEMS OTHERS, AS WELL."

"They do not disclose their amounts to you before filing to IRS. I was charged over 1100 for tax preparations when the max shouldve been about 700 . If you are getting your taxes done by this company be careful make sure you get a break down of your fees."

"There is a SEVERE lack of professionalism in this office. I went to them to prepare my taxes on the last day of filing. My taxes were then mailed in to the IRS. I waited 6 weeks, then got a Notice from IRS that my return was not complete, it was missing information. I called & texted Ricardo who prepared my taxes...he NEVER responded or called back. I contacted the other number on the flyer and was met with the most RUDE, GHETTO, UNPROFESSIONAL responses you could ever imagine and told not to contact them again!!! After having paid them $300 IN CASH to prepare my taxes, I ended up going to another preparer to amend them and paying again. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE!! After my experience, I found that there were many others who have experienced the same type of service (or lack thereof)!! If I were able to give this office a negative rating, I would give it a -99! PLEASE HAVE YOUR TAXES PREPARED BY A PROFESSIONAL....THIS OFFICE IS HORRIBLE!! THANK ME LATER!"
