"Worst service ever. Don't waste your money. The lady working on my case (Betsy?) was extremely rude and very dismissive whenever I had a question. I asked her upfront her price for the service and she said she will let me know later. I should't have trusted her.!! She ended up charging me $600 for something that I could have done for free in the Internet. Besides, I told her I had purchased an electric vehicle to see if I qualified for deductions and she completely ignored me. I learned later that I could have deducted up to $7,500 so I now I have to amend my taxes. Better if you go to TurboTax or FreeTaxUSA."
