"I got no assist from this company which charged me 4700 dollars to fix my tax problems, I cont' d to receive threatening letters from the IRS that kept accumulating interest the entire time I'm waiting to have the innovative team do something, I got no updates unless I call to threaten them, I'm making payments of 232$ every two weeks and only 2-3 payments to them getting all their money when I'm in a car accident and I'm working with someone from billing to make a new payment plan to finish my payments due to I'm in hospital waiting to transfer to rehab and can't work ,my county emergency funds send me what they can to cover my bills for the month so I can survive while I'm rehabbing to go back to work and this company stole a payment out of my acct which leaves me penniless , they pretend to help and they take the money out of your bank ANYWAY! AND I'm still got no results or proof they have done a thing towards my tax problem ! I hope they are happy for being sneaky enough to pretend they care and while you think you can take a breath and quit crying long enough to get better from a situation that's devastating, not your fault ,and didn't see coming and they devastate you even more by taking all your money and leave you more devastated and hopeless! Unless you're just desperate don't look at this company to help you fix your tax problems or help you during a life ruining event! They only care about the money and they will take it by whatever means necessary! I'm so sorry I chose this company to help me,I am so incredibly heartbroken by their actions! They left me with no hope,my life ruined,and penniless!"
