"Probably the least professional accounting service still in operation. You pay for an accountant, yet they have employees who are not accountants filing and completing the work. They are also not transparent and take exceptionally long to complete simple tasks. The firm also provides correspondence from multiple different parties so you have no idea whom you are supposed to be working with and who is doing what. I strongly advise you to avoid this firm and if you are already working with them to find a new accountant prior to next tax season. These guys need some serious professional coaching and need to hire legitimate accountants."
