"Sonia tax & travel services ROB us our money My husband and I went to do our tax at sonia our experience was horrible Sammy was the one doing our tax to begin with they lost one of my paper from the front desk to the office while doing our tax he keep flipping true the paper as to which he is not sure what he is doing he call a girl to help him and she help him and leave at the end he inform us that we owed the IRS money we say ok Sammy say we have to pay him $185 for doing our tax we did the payment and left on our way home we remember that we dint take a very important paper so we called the office spoke to Sammy he say he will hold the tax papers back until we take the paper to him however we were not confident he did our tax right so I call my old tax lady which is out of state and she redo our tax and like I say Sammy did do our tax wrong because for my nj state tax he say I only owed $75 turn out I actually owed $500 which is right because of some stuff we got done to move to fl so I call Sammy and told him I was not gone completely my tax with them if they can give some of my money back since they dint submit my tax papers and he say he have to ask Sonia we call about 5 time Sammy say he don't think him mom will give us back the money and he will leave a message for her I am still waiting for her to call me back which means the rob us out money I was not asking for all the money back oh also they have a paper on the wall on the office saying if they do the work and you are not satisfied you pay $60 but they wanna charge me $185 which is not right. If you doing a business you doing a business you don't rob people"

"I recommend going to Sonia, she’s the owner and she asks all the relevant questions needed for your taxes! the other workers there are supposed to submit your tax information to Sonia before sending it to the government but Michelle did not do that with me neither did she ask questions about gas, mechanic costs throughout the year.. she automatically sent it to the government before even showing Sonia for approval. i will not be coming back. My mother in law went to Sonia and that’s how i found out i basically got robbed and wasn’t asked the right questions.. She told me what Sonia asked and how the process was supposed to go. I wasn’t able to get the right money i was supposed to get.. do not recommend Michelle."

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! Unprofessional supeeeer unprofessional left my dad waiting 4 hours then told him that they could not see him because he didn't have his bank statements after he had every single thing all his forms and receipts you named it and he had it ....only thing missing was statements which I was able to obtain in less than 3mins through our bank app ... Sonia is disrespectful and unprofessional DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME!!"

"Please do not go here... Don't waste your money and time, this place is a ripped off . I was their client for almost 5 years, but this time I feel like they only wanted my money and my parents too, first they charged me 90dlrs to fill up my tax return, but they made a mistake of filling the wrong form and then I went back to fix it and they wanted me to charge me another 30dlrs to do the fixing, on top of that this was on January 26th and til this day I have not received my refund neither my parents."
