"I was referred to Robert Wright Phipps by one of my attorney's. I thought because Robert came recommended, I would have a good experience......wrong! I dropped all my tax paperwork off in January and was assured by Robert he would have everything done for my attorney by March 1st. He required a $300 fee to be paid up front which I paid. Now because a settlement was reached, I was able to dodge a bullet because my taxes were not done by the March 1st deadline as promised. I patiently waited week after week for a call. After placing several calls I was told by a female that "BoB" was reviewing all of my documents before he submitted everything to the IRS. Now here we are, April 17th, and I get a call from "BoB" at 1:30pm. "BoB" was really angry because he needed to attend a party he was having at his home in Belle Isle. He told me there was no way he was staying to do my taxes and that I need to come to his office to get my documents. He had his assistant leave all of my documents in the backyard of his office in a dryer! I hope that party was good Robert because there have been many repercussions already from you. The next complaint will be to the BBB, then the Department of Business and Regulations and finally I will see you in court for the unwarranted expenses your firm has cost me. I ask all that is reading this to look up and follow my complains to the above listed Agencies as well as the public records section of the "orange county clerk of courts"."
