They call you as many times as you need, spend hours with you on calls presenting “excellence” in the results and blah, blah, blah… not to mention that the values ​​are ABSURD! Exactly off the market. And whenever they can, they will charge you for something extra. At the first opportunity, charge. I didn't receive any support and over the course of a year I had to look for support outside, when I came across excellent professionals and impeccable service, not to mention the extremely fair rates. This company sells itself as professional, organized, etc., when in fact it is completely disjointed and each time I was approached by a different department that had no information about my case. Extremely tiring and exhausting. This company does not cross-reference information internally. The biggest absurdity comes when the attempt to cancel the contract is even more negligent. Once again, a new department that does not have the slightest ability to present coherent information. The calculations didn't add up and they weren't even able to identify the deposits correctly. Fortunately, I have all the receipts and proof not only of payments, but also of emails exchanged, prints of unanswered messages and undue charges. I await an immediate response."
