"No recommend Stay away This place has no respect client never never they give more than 3 appointments to 3 clients in the same time I'm vesting his office several times I have to wait more than 1 hour even if I have appointment ,,, More than 3 times I have to pay penalty for irs or department of revenue cuz he not do it right .. Too many sometimes I have emergency questions the lady in front desk answered the phone & she said she will let him know But no answer No recommend Stay Away"

"This dude IS NOT EVEN LICENSED and IT SHOWS!!!!! He literally is robbing the people that come to him and is potentially and most likely participating in fraudulent activity and stealing your money. He didn’t even know what the Lifetime Learning Credit was!!! Something that literally everyone in his position should know, it’s worth $2,000 if you spend $10,000 on education after you graduate. I spent over $30,000 for my tuition, which means I easily pass that $10,000 threshold to receive my $2,000 tax credit. He was completely clueless!! He said that it showed I should only get $1,500 back… SO HE CAN STEAL MY $500??!! Then he REFUSED TO SHOW ME HIS SCREEN bc he was trying to STEAL my money. He is likely stealing your money from you and again he is UNLICENSED and CHEAP for a reason.. because he is absolutely terrible at getting money back for his clients and he is probably STEALING MONEY FROM YOU AS WELL!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY!!!! (Unless you want an incompetent person doing your taxes)"

"Terrible customer service. Terrible communication skills. I visited the office several times with an appt, and had to wait over 1 hr each time for my turn. I made a comment on it and he told me I could wait 5 more hours and that he didn’t care. He is uneducated and extremely rude. Go elsewhere."

"Absolutely terrible. Najib is not even licensed and scams his customers. I got more on my return doing it online. He was unaware of so many potential tax returns and credits. Never ever will I go here again. Plus I had an appt and had to wait almost 2 hrs since he was running behind due to scheduling same time appts and an appt every 10 mins."
