I think they need additional staff bc many people always want to go there but some are refused bc they just have too many clients and don’t want to upset anyone. I got my money, on time and even got an advance! Loved it!!! Definitely going back this year!!"

"Calling, texting and emailing these people since April for my tax returns. So unprofessional. My husband advised me to try them and what a nightmare… not knowing if they sent your tax info in time or not. Someone typed the wrong SS# in so my initial taxes were rejected. I’ve been calling and emailing for months now. I think they bit off more than they could chew. Nice lady, poorly ran organization. I would give 0 ⭐️‘s but that’s not an option. I have photos as proof, but for privacy (phone numbers and email addresses) I won’t put them here. I always try to support black owned/minority owned businesses and this seems to be the result quite often. Never again."
