"Do not go to this place unless you want to be taken advantage of. It is very clear that he does not care about his client and is only in it for the scheming and money aspect of this business. He attempted to do my taxes but I did not have my social security card at the time. He mention to me that I should just go online, find a security card template and fill out my information to send to him for him to file. I did not do as he stated instead I attempted to order a replacement. I found this to be very odd that he Would Even suggest this! He then proceeded to organize my taxes and gave me a SELF PREPARED tax package for me to mail out as if I was the one doing my own taxes. He then charges my mother $325 for that “service”, I was not able to be there physically due to work. He mentioned to my mother that he filed my taxes and the job was completed but clearly it was not. I called him and discuss the job that he had supposedly provided and requested a refund. He got extremely loud with me and did not let me say a word over the phone. He then hung up mid conversation and said that I won’t be getting a refund. I’m writing this so that people and aware of the kind of “services” he provides. Just do yourself the favor and go to an actual professional."
