"Horrible service. Ramon kept my paperwork for 2 weeks and never did anything. Unprofessional, lying to customers. I do not recommend. Made it seem as if missed the tax deadline because of my fault, when he just left my papers on his desk and did nothing. Waste of time. Ignores calls, doesn’t answer texts. Fraud. Horrible servicio, Ramon se quedo con mis papeles for 2 semanas sin hacer nada. No es profesional y le miente a sus clientes. No lo recomiendo."
