"WORST PLACE TO COMPLETE YOUR TAXES! At first you think they’re super professional until you realize they are complete SCAMMERS! They’ll redo your taxes behind you back and not even inform you of any changes. Samantha will literally dodge you at every chance she gets with different assistants and will not even answer an email much less call you back."

"Filled last year taxes with Samantha, it was a Friday and she told me that by Monday will be ready to sent to the irs, that never happened, after several phone calls and messages someone told me that an courtesy extension was done, all because she went on vacations. Taxes where finally submitted on September and now I owe an extra 1200$ to IRS because the extension was never done, I have messaged Samantha multiple times to get a copy of the “extension “ and no answer, total lack of professionalism and respect, BE AWARE THAT IF SOMETHING GOES SOUT U ARE BY YOURSELF WITH THESE PEOPLE…."

"Have not gotten our return which supposedly was filed July of 2020. I was able to speak with someone a couple of months ago and was told that my and my husbands return was going to be re sent to the IRS again . Asked for a confirmation that it was re sent and received nothing . I have called and left messages . My husband has called and left messages , I have emailed and he has emailed and no one replies . We keep calling back and no one answers the phone and we are unable to leave messages now because voice mail is full and can’t accept messages . This is VERY unprofessional. I’m beyond upset . I do not recommend this place to do your income tax."

"Samantha is the bomb.com (exaggerated expression) She’s very professional. I’ve been doing my taxes with her for about the last 3-4 years and I’ve had no complaints. We all know having a good tax person is very important. I made the mistake once to go to someone else, and I didn’t get back my full refund. With Samantha I don’t hav that problem.
