"MARK IS THE NASTIEST RUDEST PERSON I HAVE WVER SPOKEN TO AT CNM. My family and I have been doing our taxes with his mother Maritza, his sister and then finally him. I had to request a change of rep because Mark wrote me a very nasty email in 2019 because I didn’t return the signed docs when HE wanted me to sign and send them back. At NO POINT was I rude to him, or even thought of taking my business elsewhere, there was nothing in our correspondence that would give him that idea. I am an adult woman with a job and a household to run, if I can’t get to it I have until APRIL 15TH to file so his nasty email was absolutely unnecessary. I wrote his mother an email and forwarded my entire email exchange with Mark and his mother (the owner of the firm) directed Ms Marcia to help me as I no longer wanted to deal with Mark. Ms Marcia finished my taxes and was an absolute delight to deal with and said that Ms Maritza was supposed to write me an email apologizing for her son’s behavior. Ms Marcia did my taxes last year and again everything went smooth, this year because of covid Ms Marcia did not return my email, so I called the firm and Mark answered I politely asked for Ms Marcia and told him that my email was not replied to, he told me he’d be happy to help me to which I responded with well we had an issue before so I’d really rather deal with Ms Marcia or with someone else, to which he replied well then I’m happy to part ways, we don’t need your business and hung up on me. MARK IS A RUDE, STUCK UP CONDESCENDING PERSON."
