"If I could rate zero stars I would but Google likes to keep things fair. Unlike Enid and the rest of this company. I get it that business is only a short time during the year, but it shouldn't mean taking advantage of the people who don't know any better. When we got there it was fine she looked over the papers and began to punch in all the numbers and ask the normal questions. But when it came to the bill things went south. It was $390.00!! I mean my boyfriend works as a bagger in a local grocery store and goes to college full time. It's not like he even makes enough money to itemize anything!! When we brought it up in an email all she had to say was that "We charge by the forms you have in addition to your 1040 and W2, a schedule B and the school form." "As a result of those additional forms your charge is $390.00. That also includes bank fees." So does that mean she charges that ridiculous amount for two text book receipts, 1098 T form, W2 form, a 1040 form, and filling line 9A for the $5 he gets from stock at the store for the Schedule B? It doesn't even break down the cost of what each form cost on her receipt!!! If you work hard for your money and want to keep it don't come here. They don't appreciate how much work you put into earning your wages."
