"They charged me $200 to file a simple W2. I had started doing it myself through their free service online, but it got complicated because I moved from New York to Florida, which doesn't have sales tax in November. So even though I only was gone 2 months, I got $600 less than last year. I don't believe my HR Block employee who filed my return fully understood this situation, since she got the same results as I did when I did it online myself, which I know I did incorrectly. Then they charge $160 to do the taxes, and if you choose to deduct that from your refund, they charge an additional $49. Total rip off for a W2. Will never use them again."
