"THIS OFFICE IS FRAUD. STAY AWAY FROM THIS “DOCTOR”. She is a complete nightmare. Absolutely no bedside manner. She kept doing work on my tooth and I was in so much pain, she would not stop! & the office Does not let you in with you’re child. Horrible experience. Make everyone aware! I believe she also has a “dental assistant program”. STAY AWAY. Go find another legitimate program. This woman is a fraud"
"When I had dental cleanings elsewhere through my husband's dental insurance, I felt like I was at a spa, being pampered with care for an hour. I don't know if it really lasted that long, but that's how much I enjoyed it. I was treated with very sociable and interesting light conversation throughout the experience so I always looked forward to my next cleaning, just for the fun of it. When my insurance changed to Medicaid, I was referred to this place as my closest location. Dr. Ballet cleaned my teeth in a hurry and was distracted with trying to multitask and tend to her trainees. I don't know enough about dentistry to tell if one is more likely to scrape teeth needlessly when they're cleaning in a hurry but I didn't like the sensation, nor experience nonetheless. There was no personal or emotional connection made, which as strange as it sounds, I find important to develop a level of trust and comfort with the person who is putting scary sharp objects inside a delicate orifice of your body. I'm writing this review a couple of years after the experience because I normally only leave 5-star reviews in a hurry, since time is required to write in detail about anything less than, but I was about to ask for dental advise today and saw that this is still the only result that comes up within a five mile radius of me, so I have the time now to warn others that this is not a place with heart and the rest of the employees taking care of patients are probably stressed and miserable, as I've heard from a friend whom also works in a similar dental office. I Would rather drive the longer distance to see someone with 4.5 stars than to give this place another chance for convenience and regret it."
"My daughter was seen here. I tried for months to get someone on the phone and was unsuccessful. I contacted her insurance and the referred me to another dentist because they was unsuccessful trying to reach them. Today I was told that my daughter received a cleaning at this location which is false information. I took off work to go to this office. Someone named Cindy was sitting at the desk I’m the dark. No patients or Dr. in here. I Ask to speak to a supervisor which she told me there is no supervisor I can speak with her (very unprofessional tone). While speaking with her I called our insurance and got them on the phone and they spoke with Cindy the receptionist. The insurance company asked for the referrals and she told the insurance company she cannot find them she do not know where Melissa put them at is the name that handles the referrals. So I asked to make a public request for my daughters records and she told me my daughter had to be there which she was she was in the car and I told her my daughter was not able to sign any documentation on her own because she is mentally unstable to sign any documents and she said she’s 18 that she could sign. I asked for the paperwork for me to get completed as her caregiver and she didn’t have them. They submitted false claims to the insurance company for which she never received. This place is a scam. Do no trust them they will bill your insurance false claims. Which is illegal! Check with your insurance carrier before you get treatment"
"I called this office 3 weeks ago, asked if they could do a root canal on an 11 year old, they said they could and gave me an appointment for today. I was told there would have to be an evaluation before they performed the root canal. Okay, no big deal. I get there, they won't let me go back with my 11 year old daughter. About 15 minutes later they come get me, my daughter is sobbing in the chair. The dentist then comes over, looks in my daughter's mouth and confirms she needs a root canal - we knew that, I came in with a referral for a root canal. The dentist then informs me that she's a general dentist and would need to refer her out. They clearly lied to get me in there. I NEVER would've scheduled an appointment if they couldn't do what I had the referral for. I'm going to file a complaint with the state since I'm pretty sure all of this was just so they could bill Medicaid. Stay as far away from this place as possible."
"I've been to this office a couple times. Although the staff and doctor can be nice there is some level of professionalism missing. The times I've gone it's been almost an hour wait just to get in, and that was with an appointment. I had a scheduled cleaning and then had some cavities that needed to be filled before getting my braces last year. For my cleaning, after waiting an hour to get called to the back I waited another 2 more hours in my chair before Dr. Ballet came to see me. If it wasn't because they already had all my records and insurance info, and the fact that I was anxious to get this dental work done so I could get my braces... I would have gone to another dentist. After that experience, I went back to have my fillings done and the numbing wore off by the time Dr. Ballet came to see me, and there was some pain and discomfort during the procedure and all she kept saying was "hold on almost done". They have a lot of potential, and I hope they can get it to work a little smoother and more professional. I'm due for another cleaning now and was considering to go back, but unfortunately I'll be going to a different dentist because of my experiences here."
