They are professional, kind, respectful, and thorough. Dr. Thomas even rolls up his sleeves and does some of the Software upkeep himself. No lie. Geniuses know geniuses, and this guy is one."

"Frustrated with this office and service. I don't recommend it. We waited months to start my son's Invisalign treatment but the monthly payment for sure they don't wait on you, almost 1000 paid and not Invisalign until we complain. Then to get the new sets you as client have to know when you need the next set and also the next check up!!! have to call instead of the office, you could go for months and they never call you because is your job not theirs but you still make your monthly payment . I am not the doctor to know when is the next time my son need to be check, that has no sense. So, I think I have to charge them for my service to call them to make sure they do their appointments and their job. It is frustrating, I wish I can transfer to another that is serious in their job, if I knew I wouldn't do business here"
