"I’ve been coming here for years and last year they increased the prices DRAMATICALLY and DID NOT inform me until after they did the service (which took maybe 5 minutes since it’s just a couple of lazy clicks on the computer…) and she showed absolutely no empathy at all when I was shocked and said I couldn’t afford it (ironic right?) The lady just stared at me and said “You have to pay since I already did the service, so cash or card?” Wow. Yeah I was totally deceived and I will not be returning."

"I don't recommend Robert. We tried our best to make it work with Robert (he was a referral from a good person). Two years in, our taxes are a mess and we have slight complications with the IRS. Robert is no help, I cannot get him to openly reply to any emails or take calls. He took on many clients and had no idea how to service them all. Because of that he let me down considerably and consistently over the last 2 years and I feel neglected and fairly bitter (personally and professionally). 2021 - We started communicating in October. Once I got all forms I sent everything over to Robert by the end of January, giving us enough time to smooth things out and file on time. At the end, despite my constant reminders he couldn't file on time. Said he had filed for the extension, but this year we received a late notice from the IRS making us pay $420. Robert cannot provide any clarification on what's going on. 2022 - we would have missed the deadline again, if I hadn't called and emailed him WEEKLY since end of January. We still received a late submission fee for last year and request from the IRS for additional forms, which we didn't file... Again, I cannot get any straight answers about what those forms are. Robert is probably a good person, but he gave me the absolute worst service possible. I've been in business for over 5 years, and no professional ever had provided me with such a low quality service. If you are an existing client receiving great service, I am happy for you. All new clients - I would be very careful working with Robert, as he has no interns and no help to assist with the workload, so he'll just dodge you until you're upset and miserable."

"Robert is my tried and true account. He knows the rules and works in your favor. If you want to use him for your taxes, book early because there is a waiting list. Once you use him for your tabs, you can call him throughout the year for tax advise. I HIGHLY recommend Robert."
