"RC Tax started processing my taxes, when I requested that the fee be taken out from the return, that fee went from $125 (if I paid cash) to $800 (if it was taken out from the return). When I requested to have my documents back, then a $25 fee was requested in order to get my documents back. I never heard of someone charging $800 to process taxes. "I have been a customer for11 years and this year is the first time I have a problem filling my taxes because of their incompetence and negligence. Alejandra didn’t tell me at the moment she did my paperwork that I needed to bring a proof as head of the family. Well, after a week it’s when they called me and asked me to bring that document so they could send the paperwork to the IRS. I brought it to them the same day they called me, they took a copy of it and added it to my file. The girls who received the document from me told me they were going to send my paperwork the same day. Then after 10 days they’re calling me AGAIN!!! To ask me for that proof!! This got me irate by their negligence and lack of knowledge. I found out that the last owner (David Carvajal) isn’t there anymore and I believe it’s since then RC TAX staff isn’t the same. These girls don’t know what they’re doing. I also agree with the rest of people who say that to run a business like this, they should know English! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!"

"Poor customer service from greeting. I went to this place by someone recommendation, they have not any idea about county taxes for businesses, licenses or similar, I’m still figuring out what is what they do, if taxes is apparently their business. Also this place looks like a cheap place that you shouldn’t trust your business taxes. Avoid them"

"Have been a customer for several years! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! In 2023 They need to know ENGLISH. How is their business greeting in English and they barley have anyone their that speaks English. Their Spanish dialect is completely different and very difficult to understand. Made an appointment, called 2 times prior to confirm my appointment and day of my appointment I am told they couldn’t see me that they didn’t have anyone available! How is this possible if I MADE an ACTUAL APPOINTMENT. Then I am being told that all appointments have to be handled through WhatsApp. However, 2 different girls confirmed my appointment. So Angry and upset I go on WhatsApp to be completely AVOIDED. AVOID THEM THEIR ARE SEVERAL OTHER BUSINESS THAT DO BUSINESS 1000 BETTER AND PROFESSIONAL!!!!"

"The accountants are awesome! We have been doing our taxes there for few years already. They are always there for us .Sometimes we can just call and ask for advice and they are more than happy to do it. Not like some other greedy places that would rather charge you money for a consultation just to answer a question. That's why we like this place so much!"
