"I used Godels Solomon to file my taxes last year. Somehow, they sent off my taxes and did not include a dependant. I'm not sure how they did this because the form I signed had the correct information...so they apparently they sent off the wrong form without my signature? So I got a bill from the IRS for several thousand dollars when I should have been receiving money. This took approximately 6 months to fix and during which I repeatedly received late fee notices etc from the IRS. This also resulted in receiving the incorrect stimulus amounts for the year. Their response? A "sorry we will get this fixed" email which I felt was not enough. To top it off, I just received a letter from Godels Solomon stating that their servers were hacked and my information was leaked. Stay far away from this company."
