After a few back and forth responses we established a time for phone call to discuss my needs. Our call was scheduled for 5:30 PM on a Monday evening. When I reached out for our scheduled call, I was unable to get through to Deena. However, I did receive a call from Deena around 6:15 PM, at which point we discussed my situation. Our call was disconnected during the conversation and I was unable to reach Deena again.
