"always out of bread past 12am… don’t stay open until 3am if your staff is not willing to serve customers until that time or close to it at least. out of “bread and lettuce” at 12:33. there’s a pizza place right next door that will keep serving so you’re going to lose all your business to them. why pay your employees if they wont do anything."

"Not a bad atmosphere inside. If the stuff was more kind and helpful I would’ve enjoy my meal. She just wanted me to order and get done with it. I ordered a tuna sandwich and just ate it the way it is. The staff could’ve let me know for freebies."

"I ordered on DoorDash waited over an hour. I had a break at work and called the store to ask them to cancel it on doordash as I had time to go up there and get it. The guy on the phone said ok and hung up the phone. Once I arrived there he had such a rude attitude and told me the driver is already on the way to your location. So I was just going to go back to my job to get it… we’ll he told the driver to come back without dropping the food off. I asked him three times to cancel the doordash and I was there to get the food and he never did. I had to contact doordash to get the refund back into my card. So since I was there I ordered my food again and he didn’t make the food correctly. He had an attitude the whole time. It was simply a miscommunication and could have been handled a lot better. I will not come back to this location. Also the staff should consider a different sandwich maker."

"They need to stop advertising ‘Freaky Fast Delivery’. We live less than one mile away, and have never received our order in less than an hour. I don’t know why I keep ordering and hoping it arrives ‘quickly’. The food itself is usually okay, but it’s a 50/50 gamble if they got the customized sandwich right."
