"Would not recommend, very unprofessional, does not follow through nor answer their phone. Got hung up on numerous of times while on the line as they supposedly looked into the status. Starting to feel this place is scams. Definitely will be doing a Police report and BBB report to investigate this company since I filed my taxes and can’t seem to get a hold of anyone regards to the status."

"My son was also scammed from these people. First they charged $1,000.00 for a simple 1040, that takes 10 minutes on computer. Then they took deductions that he wasnt entitled to. I am reporting them to the bbb and the I.R.S. They shouldnt be able to practice accounting!!!!!!!"
