"I'm just going to start this review by saying I was not forced to write it or given a cruise or whatever this is a genuine review of this business. I have been look for someone to help me and my mother in law do our taxes. When I tell you thank God I saw this business and decided to call them. Not were they super attentive and on top of everything. Which Julissa you are a sweetheart my mother in law said you were so sweet and answered her questions and upfront. She literally looked at me and said this is customer service. This is what the world is lacking good people. And I want to thank you for that. I got my taxes done and an advance to get everything I needed accomplished. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I didn't know they were giving away a cruise till after the fact. But even after I finished when I asked them about ti they immediately sent me a voucher. It is a free cruise you just have to pay taxes not a big deal when you think about the fact that it's all paid for. I am so happy and overjoyed I found a trusting tax prepare. Yes the fee is high but it's the same high as when you go to h and r block or Jackson Hewett. Very very satisfied customer."
