"AVOID THEM….. I literally don’t think she knows what she is doing! I sent the details for the tax and heard nothing for months. I queried if they had it and got a rude reply to say Cheryle had retired! Then again I heard nothing, so I asked again what was happening. After this I got emails all the time repeatedly asking random questions. Then she wanted my returns again, so AGAIN, I sent them…. The following day I was asked for them again and I told Diana, that she had them. I then got a rude reply saying I have two properties and the amounts need to be split in half because I’d combined them. Not sure how $1000 divided by 2 is so difficult considering she is supposed to be an accountant. In a nutshell, don’t bother, she’s no clue what she’s doing and her emails are just rude."

"Wish I had checked the reviews before engaging their services as I would have NOT used them. They filled out forms incorrectly which caused the tax rebate to be rejected and re-submitted at my cost not theirs!!!! They accept no responsibility Avoid like the plague!!"
