"Warning to anyone looking yo get their taxes done but don’t know where to go. Two words, STAY AWAY!!!!!! Especially from this location being ran by Paul Ellis. I been getting my taxes done with them for about 3 years. I recently got audited by the IRS so I reached out to Paul (who filed my taxes) to figure out how to get this issue resolved (since I do pay them for the Audi Protection Program). Once I told him that I was being audited he told me he would get back with me at a later time so we can better resolve the issue. This was January of 2021. After dodging numerous calls and text messages for 6 months, i then went to their corporate office in downtown Orlando hoping to get answers and some kind of resolution for the predicament that I was facing. Thinking I was going to get it resolved since I decided to go over Paul, they kept directing me back to him saying he was the only one that could help me and that they would notify him that I’m trying to get in contact with him (which they did but I no longer wanted to deal with someone who been avoiding me for half the year). But once Paul and I spoke on the phone, he again continued to give me the run around and confessed he did not know how to go about resolving my audit issue. To sum up my story, go somewhere else to get your taxes done. Paul Ellis is a clown and a joke and I hope Safe Tax does see this review so they know that people are better off doing their own taxes than to put their trust into this thieving fake “tax advisor”"
