"DO NOT USE this Accounting Firm. I am so livid right now. I used this firm only once and was charged $450. I only paid that amount as my taxes were somewhat complicated at the time as I was dealing with an IRS issue. I had no intentions of using them again as that is way out of my budget. I received a call at home this tax season to see if I were going to use them again and I politely told them that I could not afford them and was going to H&R Block. That was the end of any communications. Today I received a call at work from the accounting telling me that "prior" to them knowing I was not going to use them, they had done some paperwork and that I owed them $23. Are you kidding me. I could afford to pay the $23 but why would you do work "prior" to knowing if I were going to retain their services. I said to the Accountant that with the money I paid, you are going to ask me for $23 for work done without my retaining your firm and she said "forget it". Now how many people is she going to call and do the same thing to. Very unprofessional and sneaky and wrong. So if you use them, be prepared for any surprises. Go somewhere else. H&R Block was awesome and very knowledgeable and I should have used them in the first place. STAY AWAY!!! Too expensive and unprofessional. Antoinette Riebling"
