"Santana unprofessional very rude and arrogant throws his bald head fraudulent weight around cussed me out in office because I said something doesn’t seem right so he snapped tore up my paper work and said get the uck out of my business I’m like what’s the problem all I said was something not right and it really wasn’t her snatch the paper work from me a tore it up then threw it on the desk I grab an ran to find out he had me on my paperwork as self employed when I gave him legal w-2 I worked for fraud fraud fraud you guys are going down for playing with my name and social security number that’s on 1800 IRS fraud reportings I’m livid and did it the year before I only found out when I decided to go back to school. Fraud fraud fraud fraud and got my money Ickes up while he sit around failing and driving a2023 Mercedes of our money we works for we got a real big problem now real big imma take it to the last door until your are closed for good and they throw the key away you tried"

"Tax season is closing in on us fast. Someone close to me took their W4 to this business to get his taxes prepared. After supposedly to have prepared his taxes a week went by and me and my family member went to the Advance tax group to see why he haven’t received his taxes in his checking account, we was told to check your email ,because he should have got an pen to give to them from the IRS,which I have never heard of you getting a pin from the IRS to give to the tax preparer to get you funds. Later we finally open the email that was sent . THE BOMB WENT OFF‼️ ‼️ The guy at Advance Tax Group filed for business expenses under my family member social security number and had the money sent to his personal banking account.As we was standing there the phones kept on ranging and the guy we was talking to kept telling all those callers the same thing he told us.So this guy who runs Advance Tax Group is doing a lot of scamming/fraud. So, obviously a lot of people didn’t receive there taxes.A husband and wife did finally receive funds 6 months later, while some not at all. We went to the police station to report what the guy did at Advance Tax Group in Ocala Fl. On Old Jacksonville Rd. The sad thing about this my family member went to H &R Block to see if he can still file after discovering Fraud from Advance Tax Group, he could not file. A new tax season is almost here ,I pray this guy don’t use my family member social security number again to fund his business expenses,most of all I pray my family can get a tax refund next year after reporting him to the IRS. Now tax season is approaching us fast ,so please be aware of bad business like this."

"I had a negative experience with this business. They advertised assistance with letters and concerns, but I did not receive any help. The owner, Juan Santana, was impolite and unprofessional. He did not take responsibility for any issues and only responded with "You have to wait". I also noticed that he smoked weed in the office and did not return calls from customers. I advise against using this business, as there is a risk of being audited or scammed. It would be beneficial for them to learn how to run a business and prioritize the satisfaction of their customers."
