"On February 5, 2024 I had an appointment with Dr. Libby to get two teeth extracted before getting implants. I had one tooth on each side of my top teeth being removed. I haven't had a tooth pulled in over 30 years and was not to happy about this. She removed both teeth and put some new bone in my gums due to receding bone. My previous dentist who I liked recently retired and I found Dr Libby from a Facebook ad. She has excellent bedside manner and seems like she really cares, not like almost every other doctor in Florida. Best of all I HAD NO PAIN at all that night, it has now been 3 days and I still don't have any pain I'm just a little sensitive where the teeth were pulled. I would recommend her to anyone that doesn't like to go to the dentist. She is FANTASTIC! Tom K"

"I can't begin to express how completely satisfied i was with every aspect of my experience with Dr. Herzog during the total process of implant and sinus lift procedure. Previously before having my lateral sinus lift procedure performed I went online and googled the procedure. The description of the procedure is highly technical and requires a skilled and knowledgeable surgeon to perform the procedure. It also mentioned that there could be a good deal of swelling and pain for at least a week or more and should allow yourself a minimum of 2 weeks recovery time. I initially had some apprehension about the possibility I was going to endure some post operative pain and swelling. I am delighted to say I had no discomfort or swelling or pain during the procedure or postoperative. Dr Herzog was a compassionate and methodical surgeon who was eager to explain every aspect of the procedure while she was performing the procedure and constantly asking me if I had an discomfort during the procedure which I had not experienced at all. She was able to dispel any concerns about the procedure. I was left with a 100 percent satisfactory experience with the procedure. Dr. Herzog's credentials are impeccable and she is a diplomat in dental implantation. Her attention to detail the vast wealth of knowledge and attention to the newest techniques in the field is very impressive as well as her desire to excel in her field is quite evident. Dr. Herzog is in the vanguard of dental implantolgy field. Modern state of the art equipment and commitment to the highest standards as well as dedication to excellence is readily apparant. The office is very clean beautiful and tastefully decorated. Appointment times were exact and the entire staff was extremely courteous and pleasant to deal with. I have and would be happy to refer any of my friends who require dental implants or any of the many other procedures Dr. Herzog performs such as cosmetic procedures crowns cleanings etc to handle any and all the procedures without any hesitation. Dr. Herzog took away any fears I had of the dentist and exceeded all my expectations. I no longer fear going to the dentist!!!"

"Got my treatment done by Dr Sanchez, and my crowns yesterday by the assistant( she is great), but new doc. Johnny was pleasant as well, when I asked for warranty papers and implant info was shocked after the office manager Gladys gave me the paper, because in the initial consultation with Dr. Libby she informed me the warranty was for 5 years as long as I did twice a year cleaning. Work ethics, professionalism and transparency should be exercised with clients on first consultation, not after treatment plan is complete. It is about the principles of it!"

"I am happy with the implant and crown that Dr. Libby and her assistant did for me, but I was a bit surprised that the assistant did the healing abutment removal and initial assembly and fitting of the crown abutment and crown. I was also surprised that the assistant completed the screw cover filling with no help or inspection by Dr. Libby. I returned the next day to have the filling profile corrected, and the correction was also done by the assistant. A cursory review of online guidelines suggests that these procedures should generally be done by the dentist."
