"Went in for a consultation. Recepcionist was nice and attentive. But poor service. Place looked dirty, they didn’t even pay attention to me. Doctor NEVER checked me, she just saw a picture on a screen of my tooth and sent somebody later with a prescription. She didn’t even touch me, didnt explain medication or further procedures, they just sent somebody over to do so. Didn’t asked for symptoms, if it hurts, how long has the problem been around. The doctor was terrible in my opinion. So basically the lady in charge of doing the x ray did everything, not to mention she almost cut me doing it. Please if you have the chance go somewhere else. Very very poor service and professionalisms. They even left the door open while i was inside of the revision room. A coworker recommended this place and i wanted to give it a chance since it’s so close to my house. I am never coming back and you shouldn’t either."

"They canceled my appointment the day before for no reason. I made the appointment via email 2 weeks out. Confirmed again 1 week out. Then the day before my appointment I received a text message after 1pm stating that my appointment would be canceled if I didn't respond by 3pm (less than 2hrs later). At the time, I was at work and didn't see the text until 4pm. It seems a bizarre business practice to cancel an appointment I had already confirmed with them twice prior, because I didn't see a text. I received no call or email. No mention of that cancellation policy in our prior email correspondence."

"First Google Review ever. General sense: this was an amazing place! I just moved to Miami Beach for work and badly needed an annual cleaning. This Dental Group has been incredibly accommodating. Though it is only opened on weekdays, I was able to get a 5:30 pm appointment to fit into my schedule. Moreover, on the day of my appointment, I hit a great deal of traffic, making me 10 minutes late. Still, though a new patient, I was able to complete my cleaning. The interior of the place is a bit tight, though spacious enough where it needs to be (namely, the patient rooms). Employees all seem to speak Spanish, though are still able to converse with someone who knows mostly English. Overall, I’m very pleased!"
