"I had chipped a tooth and was apprehensive about coming to the dentist, but I knew I had to in order to save my tooth. From the first impressions of the office, I figured I was about to spend a lot of money on this tooth, because the ambiance was not like any dental office I have ever been in. Though a beautiful, classy setting, I was shockingly surprised that the procedures would be less than what was quoted me from my dentist in the area in which I live. I was immediately greeted with warmth and kindness from Xenia and Angelika at the reception desk, as they offered me water, or a hot drink and anything to comfort me before even going through the office doors. Paper work was efficient, hassle free. I have waited over an hour in some waiting rooms, but I was whisked away to the x-ray room before I could sit down again after returning the intake information. The dental technicians were gentle, informative and worked so efficiently that there wasn’t enough time for my nerves to get worked over. My consultation with Dr. Liana Gedz was warm, welcoming, comforting as she made sure my services were nothing but the best from start to finish. She assured comfort, professionalism, and timely services and she went above and beyond her call of duty to make sure I was at ease through my dental procedure. She even came in to see how I was doing during the different stages of the procedure. Dr. Laura Corcho, who performed the actual procedure, was stellar. Outside of fillings, this was the first major dental procedure I have ever experienced. She thoroughly explained all of the steps of getting a crown from the x-rays to the permanent crown. I was told every scenario needed that may occur pertaining to getting crown work done, which I liked, because most doctors give only the worst case scenarios. Her positive outlook in saving my tooth with any means possible was very reassuring. Her calm and peaceful demeanor helped in the process as well. Dr. Corcho made sure I understood everything she was doing and why from the x-rays, until I walked out of the door. Her explanation of how to floss with my new crown was especially helpful, because i would have continued with my regular flossing style had she not gone into detail of how to properly floss my new crown. I honestly would continue to come back to Dental Pearl due to the exceptional treatment I received, the time each individual took with me, the outstanding products used, and most of all the wait time. The dentist closer to my home (which is over an hour away) told me I had to wait 3 weeks for the crown to come in. Dental Pearl had my crown ready the same day I was there. Having their dental lab on site, takes the dental experience to a whole new level. I love the fact that I can have any procedure completed in such a short time instead of waiting weeks with stressful anticipation of knowing I have to go back to the dentist. This is the greatest concept EVER! No need to send my dental information out to a separate lab, no need to redo impressions, this office is state of the art and top notch and if you are like me, and would like fewer hours in a dental office, I would highly recommend getting all of your dental work at Dental Pearl. Being that I am also interested in Invisalign, I was informed that it can be performed there as well. I was quoted a price that was $4000 more than what Dental Pearl quoted. So I will be coming back for this procedure in the future! The doctor stated that my alignment wasn’t that bad and wouldn’t be anything near what the other office quoted me. This was too a game changer. I love honesty in a profession and not being seen as a dollar sign or a number. I drive from West Palm Beach to Miami and will continue as long as the service is this efficient and the doctors are above the top caring individuals. I felt so good in the office, that it didn’t even feel like a dental office. This by far has been the best dental experience I have had in 20-30 years."
