"This was our first visit at this office and it went well. All the ladies were friendly and explained everything to me and my son before anything was done. The front desk personnel was good at explaining everything and knew the insurance policies well too. I brought up a concern to the dentist and instead of automatically referring me somewhere or up-selling something she suggested we wait and see how things progress at the next visit, which I liked.
