"Scam, do not honor his word as a man. Dr Anatoly Ripa, what type of person lies to people to come through the door? Totally made up excuse and new price. Dr. Anatoly Ripa was there every step of the scam. I need a medium cleaning not a regular cleaning even though per X-rays there were no issues. I should have known this was a chop shop when Anatoly Ripa takes in last minute reservations as the place is empty. He wears an expensive gold tasteless white and gold Rolex style watch, he parks his car in the back at 1048 Kane Concourse Bay Harbor Island. Very expensive watch!!"
"I can’t say enough good things about this dental practice. I had a dental emergency on a holiday weekend and they were the only ones who answered the phone. Boy am I grateful they did! The entire experience was pleasant, thorough and some of the best bedside manner I’ve experienced in longer than I can remember. The dr couldn’t have been nicer, the staff too! It was obvious they care about their patients and provide top of the line service. I came for an emergency but after the experience I had, they will be my dentist going forward. Highly recommend!"
