"I don't know who's working there right now at the front desk but they really need to be taught phone etiquette and customer service it's too early for you to have no patience for you to try to make an appointment and because I told you I wasn't available for one morning all of a sudden you have no appointments for the rest of the month that has to be the most unprofessional receptionist I've ever spoke to and I'm so glad I didn't waste my time and money coming to this office whoever the reception is she gives your office a bad look before I could even walk into it customer service is everything and if you can't even give me customer service what am I supposed to think when it comes to your services in general I'm glad I spoke to the unprofessional receptionist at the front desk this morning thank you for showing me we're not to spend my money heard Bright Smiles has better customer service going to go over there and see what they talking about"

"WARNING! Fraudulently attempted to bill 71 yo patient with dementia (whom I am the Caregiver for) over $700 for exam, x-rays & cleaning which already are a ZERO co-pay under her CarePlus/Aflac dental plan. BEWARE of these newer corporate dental companies which are buying out local dental offices & claim to accept your insurance.....but then refuse to honor their provider agreement & dishonestly try to charge for fully covered procedures. TOTAL SCAMMERS!"

"Well, if you want to get scammed this is the place to go. We tried for six weeks to get X-ray records! They told us they were only open Tuesdays and Thursdays but they weren't. For almost a month and then we were told to come in and the doctor came out after telling his assistant front desk person that he had no records and didn't know anything about John vicaros case! He then wanted to charge $200 for something that the insurance company already paid for and then said give them $50 and come back and 7 to 10 days after the police were called. Bottom line we still don't have our records. His license should be revoked! Buyer beware"

"This office is a scam and completely unprofessional! Do not bother going here. They don’t return phone calls and/or will keep you on hold for over 30 minutes and never come back to the phone!!! Try getting any type of dental records from them and you won’t! I have been trying to get my brothers dental records for over two weeks now by making several phone calls, leaving messages, and going to their Sheridan office where they arbitrarily change their office hours. The Office Manager is completely rude and unprofessional and should not be working in the medical field. In addition, they want to charge $50 for copies of x-rays. Hence, the reason the records were requested in the first place is because they miscoded the claim to the insurance company and informed the patient that there will be a charge for a service where he has full coverage and should not have to come out of pocket! This office obviously cares more about their profit than the well being of their patients. This has been the most unpleasant, unprofessional experience with a dentists office I have ever had in all of my years in South Florida. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Board of Dentistry. The more appropriate name should be Dental Nightmares for that is for sure what you will get here!!"

"Hello everyone who is reading this post. I spent more than 1 year at this office trying to get new dentures. Yes we’re talking about Dental Dreams which I renamed Dental Nightmare they only care a bout money not the patient they were paid in May in full. The dentures weren’t made until October they were made wrong they set back they remade them they were buck teeth the dentist was very seldom in the room a young girl did all the work she was very sweet but didn’t speak English The Dentist suggested to go home and try them and that he would adjust them later .I did so and made a appointment for two weeks when I arrived for the appointment they told me I didn’t have one that’s not the first time they did that .I left the dentures at the office and told the girl to give them to the dentist and to fix them that was October 2020 it’s April 12 2021"
