"This place is genuinely a waste of time. The receptionist are extremely lackadaisical. On multiple occasions the receptionists have either been on their phones laughing, dancing or walking around completely ignoring almost everyone that walks in. Ive waited for 10 mins or more for the receptionists to finish having their conversations before they attended to me. I’ve felt like nothing but a bother during my “treatment.” I was misled by the staff that my dental insurance hasn’t linked when during the first couple of appointments there were no issues. I called the office 12 times in one day and no one picked up I guess they were all busy dancing since everyone seems to lack urgency. I requested my X-rays and again no sense of urgency was given. I had to call 3 more times to finally get through to someone who wanted to argue with me over the phone. 1 star is not sufficient enough 0/10."
"The taft location has the best dental hygienic ever. I will keep traveling from Vegas until I find some as good as her. The front desk staff is always helpful and amazing with getting me scheduled"
"I agree with a lot of the negative reviews. This place tries to scam and overcharge. They also are quick to diagnose periodontal disease to push expensive treatment. The lady at the front desk, I think her name is Debbie is so rude and short with the patients over the phone and in person. She talked down to me and was pushing braces after I declined. When I wanted to go over the prices she was making it seem like I was wrong until they actually found the error. Every time I come it’s something.. overcharge, pushy staff, calling out.. I can’t and won’t return. The best experience was with Augean the hygienist which is why I returned, but even though she’s great it’s not worth me coming back."
"Augean is the best hygienist out there! She is so gentle and doesn’t make you feel like you’re dying. She is one of the sweetest people I know. We are moving and I will purposely make the drive down here just to get my teeth cleaned by her. I can’t recommend her enough! Amazing!"
