"I made an appointment as he was my assigned dentist per insurance. I showed up and was informed they no longer take my insurance. They had my insurance info upfront and should have called me to inform me. Such a waste of time!"

"I waited a month to get a specialist referral after getting a cleaning at this office. After calling several times they finally wrote one. It was a hassle. Even so, they did not take the pano X-ray that was required for the specialist. I was then given yet another appointment to come in for the X-rays alone. I was even told to come in early. When I arrived, the office was closed and no one bothered to notify me. I am just going to switch dentists at this point. I wouldn’t recommend this office if you’re looking for trustworthy dental care."

"Last may I went to Dr Manuel Lopez office because I had a crown broken. Dr Lopez considered I did not need a root canal treatment and prescribe me antibiotics, disinfect my tooth and in another appointments put first a temporal and then a permanent crown. Fifteen days later I had my face all swolen,had to go to urgent care and then to emergecy. The doctors in the hospital gave me antibiotics and antiinflamatories and order me to go to my dentist as soon as possible and them ask him to remove the crown and disinfect the root. It was saturday, I call Dr Lopez and leave a message telling him about the emergency, had no answer, so next monday I went to his office. Dr Lopez said he was not able to correct the problem, that he will send me to another dentist and I will have to pay. I found myself a dentist who took the crown off,disinfect the tooth and proceeded with the root canal treatment. I think Dr Lopez is not a very responsable or knowlegeable.It is my opinion.You just make your own judgment."
