"Let me start by saying my review is based on the actual doctor and her staff. I have been coming here for a few years. I decided to switch my kids dentist here because it was just more convenient. My oldest daughter needed 2 fills, my son needed a few also. I made an appointment for my daughter. Upon our arrival, we were told the doctor couldn't do the filling. Oh.. this was after I had dropped her off and she had been waiting at lease any hour. I requested to speak to the doctor, but I was told she was too "Busy" by her male office manager. After going back and forth, the doctor came out and tried to explain why she couldn't see her. Fast forward to about 2 to 3 weeks later. I contacted the office regarding scheduling my son for his filling. I was told by the female scheduler on 8/12/21 that the doctor was at a seminar and wouldn't see patients til the end of August. Ok..I asked for my son to be scheduled for the beginning of September. I was told the appointment couldn't be made until after the doctor comes back. I questioned why, but she wouldn't give me a straight answer. Ok. I'll just take him to after dentist. I requested the images to be sent to another dentist office. I was given the run around. After calling a few times because I couldn't get any one to answer the phone, I was told, "You keep calling and I am trying to do a training." I was taken back given this is a business phone and all I was trying to do was get the information sent to another doctor because I was no longer going to be coming here. After expressing how unprofessional I thought the female was all she could she was "Ok." On 8/13/21 I drove to this office to get the information sent to my son's new dentist office. Once I walked in, I noticed the female was on the phone with a new patient "Booking an appointment." She even went into explaining to patient how the doctor was out of town until the end of August. If you couldn't book my son's appointment until after the doctor returned, how was it that she could schedule another patient who had never been there before? I recorded the whole thing. This place is the worst dentist office or professional setting I have ever visited. I am not one to wrote reviews, but for the worst service I will."
"I took my 10 year old son here last week and they told me they would be doing fillings and then came out to tell me that my son wasn’t cooperating, they were trying to pull a tooth without communicating anything to me, without showing X-rays and without having an authorization on file for extractions. When I said something to the dentist she was rude and said that the front desk doesn’t know anything about what she’s doing, that I need to speak to her directly. They can’t do procedures on children without permission. This was a bad experience with unprofessional people and we are never going back there."

"Dr. Perello has been my dentist since I was 15 years old and now I am in my 40's. Very patient! She's the best! Always explains everything thoroughly to ensure you receive the best treatment. Pricing is always upfront so you know what you are paying for and what your insurance covers. I definitely recommend Dr. Perello for all your dental services.."
