"I had an appointment scheduled for today at 2:30 PM. I arrived between 220 and 230. I was called to the desk and I was told that there is a likelihood that I may be charged the full amount of a particular service (although I have comprehensive dental insurance) and I was asked if I was explained this in which I responded no because I was never explained it. I was also initially told that my service would be done in one day by the initial representative, however, today, the representative told me it would take multiple appointments. This conversation lasted approximately five minutes. With the conflicting communication from two separate representatives that work in the office, I asked to speak with the dentist for clarification which I would think is no big deal since I had to see the dentist anyways because I have a SCHEDULED appointment at 230. The dentist comes in at 3:10 that conversation lasts for about five minutes. I spent most of my time waiting for the dentist, who at one point was on her phone but I make nothing of it because again, I have a scheduled appointment, although I am spending most of my time waiting to be seen. Now at 3:20 from all the waiting that I had to do minus the 5 minute conversations, I am being told I have to reschedule my appointment because she has other patients she has to work with even though she did not come and see me until 310 and my appointment was at 2:30. There was no regard for the fact that I had to take time off of my work schedule to come, there was no regard to the inconvenience they caused me today and they actually really did not care. I would definitely not recommend this dental office. A complete lack of professionalism I wanted to give a black owned Dentist a try but the service and lack of accountability was so disappointing I will be taking further action because this is completely inexcusable. If you know your office closes at four and I have a 230 appointment and you have four people scheduled. Does it make sense to have four people scheduled in the span of less than two hours"

"The best experience ever. Just finished my second appointment with Dr. Lamb and I had a question about the procedure and she called the company for more information and notified me that it was BPA free material and that it was okay that I had asked. She cares about her patients and it shows. Also before I left I watched a detailed video on how to care for my procedure properly. Amazing. Just set up an appointment and your dental fears/concerns will go away as soon as you walk in."
