"My son have been going to this office since he was a year old. He's turning 11 in a couple months. We're looking for a new dentist, not because the service isn't great. However, he's used the same Hygienist all his life and on his last visit, he was given some one different. He openly says, mom let's try somewhere else, because I don't feel the same way anymore.
