This establishment, demonstrated a complete lack of empathy, connection, and genuine concern for their patients. Instead, their primary focus was relentlessly upselling unnecessary treatments while completely disregarding my main dental issue. From the moment I stepped into their waiting room, I felt like nothing more than a mere number on their profit chart, the receptionist barely acknowledged my presence and seemed more interested in chatting on her phone than addressing my concerns. When I was finally ushered into the examination room, I had a faint hope that things would improve. Alas, my optimism was swiftly crushed by the dentist's brusque manner and lack of interest in listening to my concerns. It was abundantly clear that their main objective was to push as many expensive procedures as possible, rather than providing the necessary care that I desperately sought. As the dentist performed a cursory examination, they barely glanced at me, opting instead to bombard me with an endless array of unnecessary treatments and cosmetic procedures. It was evident that their sole focus was extracting as much money from my pockets as possible. They didn't even bother to address my primary dental issue or provide any meaningful solution to alleviate my discomfort. To make matters worse, the dentist's dispassionate demeanor further exacerbated my frustration. They displayed zero empathy, seemingly detached from the fact that I was a human being seeking help. The sterile, transactional atmosphere of the office left me feeling dehumanized and insignificant. The pinnacle of my disappointment came when it was time to settle the bill, they would not accept my health CC, simply because it was under my wife's name, mind you is the same last name as mine, once again no emphaty whatsover, I was forced to stay while they reviewed the dental plan they wanted me to approve, a treatment I neither needed nor wanted, this left me dumbfounded. It was painfully clear that the office's financial gain trumped any genuine interest in providing quality dental care. In conclusion, my experience at this dentist's office was nothing short of abysmal. Their focus on upselling and profit overshadowed any semblance of patient care or empathy. If you're seeking a dentist who values your well-being and is willing to address your concerns, I implore you to look elsewhere. This office exemplifies the worst aspects of the dental profession and should be avoided at all costs."
