"If I could give this place no stars I would. Worst experience ever. Do not go to this scam artist Dental office, unless you want to be charged extra out of pocket made up fees even if you have insurance haha read the reviews!! These people are thieves they even bill the insurance for work not received and they charge you out of pocket even when you have insurance. The day I went they charged me 50 dollars extra it seemed weird to me as I have insurance but I was in a rush. I was only supposed to get a regular cleaning as it was said by the Dentist herself. Later when I called the insurance company after feeling they were not being honest about what I had to pay, my insurance company confirmed I was only supposed to be charged 25 dollars not 75 dollars in which I payed. When I called to let them know the girl in the front didn't know what to say she was making things up. First she said it was for an antibiotic. What antibiotic? I had a cleaning only I told her. Then she changed it and said something else. I demanded my money back that they overcharged and they kept playing with me on the phone every time I called until finally I left a message saying I was going to take this further and contact my lawyer and report them to BBB--which by the way they aren't even registered to the Better Business Bureau. This I'm still investigating. They sent me a check for the 50 dollars because they know what they did not to mention the pain I had to my mouth after that cleaning for weeks which has never happened to me from a regular cleaning let alone a deep cleaning either. That place is terrible."
