"The doctor is a great guy and an amazing professional. I’m a returning patient that came back after 10 years or so to get a root canal done. The reason why I’m leaving a 1 star review is because of the office staff. I went to a consultation back in September last year. I was told I would receive a call back one they confirmed my Insurance copay. I was never called and because of other life events and the holidays I waiting to call them after new year. I called today and was told that I had been called in September- I assured the front desk I didn’t. The lady started basically raising her voice and said that she definitely did, my response was- Why would I lie to you? She was so defensive and yelled she was not lying either and that she did call and left a voicemail. I have never dealt with a front desk person like this. The disrespect to be this combative with a patient and not accept fault when it could have done all the difference. The doctor should be more meticulous about his staff because it does make all the difference. They lost a patient today."
