"I love this place. First time taking my kids here and definitely will be back! The attention to detail is impeccable and the staff is so nice. My 8 kids and I couldn't be happier. Thank you guys for everything. You have a long time customer from us. Thank you."
"This American Pediatric Dental Doral has only one employee that speaks English. All the others speak Spanish so they couldn’t explain to any my children what was being done without me translating. I don’t think they cater to children as they should. One of the dental hygienist was criticizing my parenting because my children didn’t know Spanish. Disrespectful and none of their business. My youngest child was getting a cleaning and freaking out and since they don’t speak English she could not explain what she was doing to my 5 YEAR OLD son. He was scared and was crying. They found cavities and due to his “poor behavior” as the dentist stated she immediately referred him to a sedation clinic in Pembroke Pines. I asked to speak to the dentist to try to reason with her and maybe bring him back to handle one cavity at a time. They were rude and argued that he needs to go to sedation clinic. They weren’t willing to work with my child at all. Mind you, anesthesia payment up front was $525. Then my next child they were trying to scrape off “plaque” from my child’s tooth and she was bleeding for them to finally come to realize it had been glue from a spacer the entire time; after looking at her X-rays. If your child has more than one cavity be prepared to not only wait 6 months to fix the cavity but ONLY one cavity at a time. So if you have more than one child it’ll become a part time job to bring your kids into this office for dental appts. I don’t like the way they handled my children in this office and I’m going to change all my kids out of this pediatric dentist office immediately. I would never recommend this clinic if it was the last clinic left on the planet. They are cold hearted and quick to brush off patients. It’s difficult to believe that this is a PEDIATRIC dentist, honestly."
"Nearly impossible to make appointment. My daughter went as a new patient without any problem and received a treatment plan. When I called as a returning patient, I called literally every day starting end of November, December and beginning of January, and left voicemails and messages with their answering services. Apparently since it was a returning patient I needed a “supervisor” to book the appointment really?. Needless to say, despite all the messages I never got a call back so I found another pediatric dentist and will never recommend this one no matter how good the doctor is. I don’t have the luxury of Time to spend This amount of efforts for an appointment. Also. You can’t tell how little the staff cares about it’s patient if they never bothered calling me back."
"This is a really clean pediatric dentist office. The front desk girls were very nice and helpful. Even though you need to have an appointment to be seen, you still need to wait close to an hour, but this is because they take a lot of extra attention to the patients, which they are kids... and the technicians are really wonderful at making the kids feel very comfortable. I recommend 100%... just be prepared to wait or get there an hour earlier than your appointment."
"Had a great experience for our first time visit, I was attended promptly upon arrival and the patient care was the absolute best! I highly recommend dental hygienist Luis he did amazing with my 4 year old and was absolutely patient and caring. 10/10 !"
