"Dr. Segal is compassionate, extremely professional and very knowledgeable. His office staff are kind, efficient and very personable. They are punctual with your appointment time. I highly recommend Dr. Tamir Segal for all your dental needs."
"In sharing my earlier feedback I was so focused on rating Dr. Segal himself who is phenomenal in his treatment of his patients, that I was very neglectful in also mentioning what a wonderful office staff he has and how great his dental assistants are as well. I give the entire team a 5 star ranking. They are all incredible!!"
"I am someone that is so terrified as a patient of the dentist! Dr. Segal and his team are so caring and thoughtful! They went way above and beyond to make my visit comfortable and they took care and pride to ensure I was well taken care of before, during, and after my visit as well! I highly recommend Dr. Segal and his team! The location is great from the front office, to the dental assistants, hygienist, and to Dr. Segal! Thank you for bearing with this terrified patient and making me feel so at ease with you and the team!"
"Understandably it has been difficult to seek dental care throughout this pandemic fiasco but I finally returned for myself and family to enjoy a good cleaning. Needless to say after spending approximately 2 hours at Dr. Fernandez’s office visit in Cooper City I was referred to visit Dr Segal. I found the staffing to be courteous and helpful at such a late afternoon appointment, knowing that they’ve already worked a full day. However, it appeared that Dr Segal, after reading all the reviews, did not appear to be as mentioned. I can not say anything about his knowledge, experience or his final works. This I can say he was very forcible probing my gums and teeth which left such throbbing pain in the evening meds were needed prior to going to bed for the evening. This all happened after I was given a cost analysis for additional recommended scanning / X-rays and who knows what else prior to continuing. Questioning my out of pocket costs were taken unfavorably, I gathered as Dr Segal aloofness was apparent. Two weeks prior at Dr. Fernandez’s Dental Office I was X-ray, scanned within the office that appeared to have all the bells and whistles, with all the state of the art's technology. Apparently a referral to another office doesn’t come with sharing diagnostics and I refused to have my insurance doubled billed in addition to an out of pocket expenses. The consultation fee was just as painful as my mouth was throughout the evening. Leaving Dr Segals office I vowed to return to Dr Fernandez on the way home to see if I could gather either a CD or photos of what my teeth looked like two weeks prior for I was definitely sure that nothing had changed or moved since. Arriving I found the office closed prior to the closing hour. I found that odd to say after leaving Dr Segals office disenchanted. Let’s be fair there will be a lot more people who will need more extensive dental work done than I. Conservatively speaking people unfortunately have to decide whether to put off what’s not necessary to be able to afford the necessities needed, with the economy in such shambles as it is. In conclusion, I did mention that my VA can provide dental work for me. I have additional insurance to provide for my families needs and care. Spare me the discomfort of having implantation done for the moment. I’m reaching 65 years old and I’ll be getting Medicaid and Medicare but for now all my teeth are still with me brushing daily without fail. Thanks to Renee and staff for their understanding. Dr Segal your commentary while probing was unnecessary leave the fear mongering to the politicians. Merry Christmas with continued prosperity in 2024."
