"The best dental experience I had ever had. The very well worth the 2-hour drive from Okeechobee to their office. From the moment I walked in there I felt welcomed I have previously been traumatized painfully and financially from other practices. Fish office made me feel heard and welcome. The dentist his self came in and spoke to me as they were doing the molds for my dentures, explained to me in regards to everything that would be going on as well as the medications I would be on. He understood my fear of needles and pain and was very adamant about making it as smooth as possible for me. After going from dentist to dentist for 10 years to try and get my teeth fixed and everyone telling me I had to have all my teeth pulled or they can only save a couple more wanting $30,000 or more for my work this office was able to do it at less than half the price as well as save a lot of my bottom teeth. They made a dream come true and I will forever recommend their office to everyone that I meet. The following day I arrived for my surgery they went over all the medications with me that I had received handed me the ones that I was to take them when it was time they walked me to the back I'm proceeded with the surgery. I can't say it was completely pain-free but that may be in part to the fact that I've had multiple surgery before I may have started building up a tolerance to medication, what I can say is the dentist in his assistant made sure to do everything in their power to cause me as little pain as possible they were very caring and gentle even though I do recall dozing off a couple times and then having to tell me to open my mouth lol. "I am 60 years old I have had never ending problems with my teeth and bad painful dentures that just don’t fit right I even went to the extreme of installing veneers on every tooth costing tens of thousands of dollars which only lasted for 8+ years and again I started having issues with my teeth and gums it was an absolute painful nightmare. So after many years of dealing with this issue, I started my quest again trying to find good dentist, and this time using more common sense Rather than them dictating to me what I needed and not suggesting. When I arrived I was greeted with with eye to eye contact and welcoming smile and asked how my day was going? if I could have a seat and wait a few minutes and If I needed to change the TV Chanel to just let her know that was a big wow for me!! Then I was invited in asking if I would like a cup of water and escorted me to my chair again eye to eye contact very professional, after waiting a few minutes to see the doctor I was very impressed with their operation and how clean and thorough everything was in fact they even have a full-blown lab at the same location to make any adjustments rebuild or change the angle of your teeth. It’s amazing again I was very impressed with how smoothly our conversation went and he gave me his options and told me what was priority, and explain why in a basic easy to understand language this was refreshing with no sales pressure but I new it was coming which was refreshing change so after evaluating and discussing what we should do regarding implants and dentures, I was feeling very comfortable and relaxed at this point then I spoke with the lady in charge of pricing which was VERY reasonable compared to the other pricing I was getting I was concerned about the quality of the product due to the price, but they gave a warranty and guarantee on everything they do I thought it was a win-win so we agreed on a price and everything is Itemized and priced in writing you know exactly what your getting in each different procedure with no hidden surprises!! NO other dentist I went to showed me a itemized procedure list like this, this was outstanding and comforting I felt and found everyone working at this Location was very professional, friendly, helpful and quite honestly cares for your well-being implants and the dentures were amazing the teeth and color even the skin color of the dentures perfect and if somethings not right whether it’s the fitment, the aesthetics, or the angle of your teeth I can tell you they will go back to the lab 25 times to make it right I can’t say enough good about them I get so many compliments on my teeth. I couldn’t be happier. They are like my family and friends, Over the many decades of problems seeing at least 25 different dentist, and problems I’ve had with my teeth.
