"I have never been a fan of dentists. I've had lots of dental work in the past and just never felt comfortable. Last week one of my crowns came off. I panicked wondering who to call since I hadn't used a dentist down here yet. I came across Dr. Arguello and saw all his glowing reviews so gave the office a call. However, it was after hours so I left a message. Within minutes, I received a text stating the office got the message. I called again first thing in the a.m. and they saw me that afternoon! Amazing! From the moment I arrived, I just felt peace. The girls up front were sweet and kind so I was very relaxed. They took me to an exam room and soon the dentist came to meet me. His smile was so warm and genuine-I immediately felt at ease. We discussed why I was there and he gave me 2 options to fix it. I asked many questions so felt I could make an informed decision. He then checked to see if he had time to do a full exam as I have a couple issues I've let go for quite awhile. He NEVER made me feel self-conscious or guilty for neglecting my dental health. He actually complimented me on doing a good job of caring for my teeth since I hadn't been to a dentist in 3 years due to fear. And I NEVER felt rushed eventhough they fit me in that day. The office is state of the art and some of his techniques are ground-breaking. My crown was re-attached, the doc went over my x-rays and explained everything in detail and I was given an itemized printout of a plan showing what I need done with prices and timelines. I didn't feel pressured at all and I can honestly say this was the best experience I've ever had at a dental office! 10 stars for Dr. Arguello and his wonderful practice! He not only takes care of your teeth but he takes care of YOU, too!"
