"I recently took my children to Children's Dental Place, expecting a caring and professional environment suitable for young patients. Unfortunately, our experience was quite the opposite. My children were treated by Dr. Michelle Handle, a female dentist and co-owner of the clinic, who seemed to lack empathy and genuine concern for the well-being of her patients. Both of my kids experienced significant pain during their treatment, and Dr. Handle completely ignored their cries and continued the painful procedures without any attempt to address their discomfort. When I raised my concerns, she dismissed them and blamed my children and me, insisting there was no pain involved. Her arrogance and lack of compassion were truly disheartening, especially in a pediatric dental clinic. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to be cautious and, if you still decide to visit, opt for the other dentist."

"If i could give this place -10 stars i would because they don't deserve even one. If you are coming to this dentist please be prepared to separate from your child no matter how old they are or if they speak English. The staff will tell you that they do it so the children can cooperate better, but they are actually terrified and complying because they don't have parents in the room advocating for them. My 8 yo son came out terrified the second time we were there because they had done a procedure without my consent. He said he gagged and threw up a little in his mouth and they didn't stop or show any concern. Not to mention they didn't mention they would do what they did to him while he was already in the chair. he came out with red eyes like he had cried intensely and when I asked what happened the girl who walked him out said "oh he's fine!" ... PLEASE stay away from this place. They have no business separating parents from their children during the procedures, going into dental appointments is intimidating enough and to force parents to separate from their anxious children is wrong."
