"Scheduler Lisa lied to me. I booked my first appointment through their web chat. I very specifically requested to book an appointment for a checkup AND a cleaning. Lisa took my information and confirmed that my appointment was scheduled. When I showed up, I was given the new patient exam and then told that was it. When I asked about the cleaning, I was told that it was not scheduled. After leaving I messaged Lisa again to express my frustration and was told that this location does not do new patient exams and cleaning at the same time. This was not told to me when I scheduled exactly that. This establishment has lost my trust and I will be finding a different provider as soon as I am able."

Everyone was so great, I felt like they truly cared about my dental health, there was no pressure. They even squeezed me in for my teeth cleaning the very next day when another patient canceled. The hygienist, Roosevelt, did the best cleaning I've ever had. My teeth are sparkling! This will be my dentist forever."
