"If i could give 0 stars- i would. This office is Terrible. The receptionist is rude and Rennu Benjamin-the main dentist is highly rude as well. As soon as she found out I was there for an insurance referral she asked "well what do you want from me then? " I have Never had a dentist take this disposition with me before. When explaining that I have an open fracture of a molar that needs extraction and that is why insurance requires a referral she states that I should spend extra money root canal then to build up a tooth that cannot support a crown so that they can then put a crown on top of what they build up and that it will last 5 years. When i stated it would be better for me personally to just extract the tooth she states "well that is elective then." When I needed to return to have a copy of my xray emailed to the oral surgeon who will be doing the extraction -AT 8:55 am- (they are stated as open at 8:30am) the woman attempted to Close The Door on me as she opened it to only let herself in. I explained that I needed an email to the oral surgeon and she told me "you need to wait" I asked if I could sit down as I am 7 months pregnant and she blatantly told me "no. " and instructed someone Else who works there as she was walking in at almost 9am to close and lock the door on me. I am now in my car waiting to go back and see if they can let me in so that I can have the email sent. This practice is a disgrace to any dental office and I will be following up with a complaint to the insurance company as well. I will say that the dental assistant was nice as was one of the receptionists (the one who was instructed to close and lock the door on me because I am sure she felt bad) and I will give credit where credit is due. But if you come to this practice know that those are the Only 2 people who will show you Any Kindness. I dont normally leave reviews like this, however - I have never been treated this way at any form of medical Or dental office and anyone planning on coming here should be made aware."
